The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia presented its bid to host the Expo "Riyadh Expo 2030" in front of the Bureau International des Expositions in Paris.
The Saudi Minister of Investment, Eng. Khalid Al-Falih, stressed, "Hosting the Expo is compatible with the investment environment in Saudi Arabia, which has no limits."
On the budget allocated to host the event, Al-Falih revealed that it amounts to $ 7.8 billion, considering that "the Expo site will be a global meeting place for companies to search for opportunities in the Kingdom, and we will provide our resources and capabilities to make the Global Investment Lab a success."
Eng. Ibrahim bin Mohammed Al-Sultan, CEO of the Royal Commission for Riyadh City, said: "By 2028, all preparations for hosting Expo 2030 will be ready, and we plan to host more than 120 million visitors in 2030."
